Originally from the East coast, I am an Interior Designer, Consultant and Notary Permit Runner with a specialty in Space and Floor Planning Services, Kitchen and Bathroom design, Upholstery Design and Sales, 3D Rendering and Notary Permit Runner Services. I assist clients with customizing and designing furniture and spaces of their dreams in their home or office! You are in the driver’s seat! Bringing clients' visions to life by taking creative risks and paying careful attention to detail is at the forefront of all of my designs! My goal is to have my client walk into a space and relax in to

the space.

I meet with clients and trades people to discuss design needs, develop design programs according to client’s interior or exterior space, created 3D-renderings, CAD drawings, Kitchen and Bath Design, floor plans and visuals, researched, prepared plans, diagrams or sketches for interior construction, sourced materials, finishes, lighting and furnishing, create virtual staging samples, select suppliers of materials, business development, negotiate contracts, interview and select needed craftsman and contractor, estimate project costs, inspect and supervise the work of trades people and ensure quality, safety standards, costs, and project manage jobsite(s) as needed.
